Day 4

I really thought I didn't do well today. I felt very guilty about my slice of toast, the small Rita's and the 2 small candy bars. But it turns out I did okay. I need to start running or doing more cardio. The problem is I do not have much time. I will probably start cleaning up again in a little bit and that should burn more calories. I bought 2 new bathing suits today and I didn't feel as fat as I normally do, actually one of the women told me I looked really good in this tankini I tried on. ( I of course felt like a beach whale). The problem could be that my friends are all super skinny model sized girls and so me being my size makes me feel almost like I should be harpooned. All kidding aside though, this weekend is my birthday so I have to be careful not to pick, and eat total crap. This website is really helping me. I even turned down pizza, and chips that my boyfriend and his family kept offering me tonight for dinner. Instead I had veggie hotdogs and I picked a lot of bread off the bun and fed it to his dog...so I am proud of myself and every time I turn away from something I really want to eat. I have to remember that my body is a temple, and I have to feed it properly!
