okay time to refocus- I keep saying that- but really I have been so down lately that as soon I get home I don't move the rest of the night. Enough of that crap- Enough of all this drama- I have made an agreement with my husband that I will stay between 140-150 - (he wants 150, I want 140) but we won't fight about it anymore. So 140 here I come again- suppose to be nice here so I am going to get my running shoes on and move all weekend!

Good for you. You're in the groove!!! Go to my journal and read what I wrote about water. Water was a big issue for me as I was not drinking enough. It's very interesting. Try it for a week and let me know what happens; I started today (the 10th) and am going to give it a try. :-)
