Day 3, not too bad... lunch is what killed me today. The sodium intake was just huge! I was debating whether to just push through working another 4 hours and then eat dinner or just grab something. Maybe next time I should do have the sandwhich with a salad and drink water. I normally am pretty good at sticking to water, but every once in a while I like to have a diet coke with pizza (ugh so unhealthy!) and raspberry ice tea with my panera. I will say I have been having great will power when it comes to dunkin donuts coffee coolatas! I am proud that I have gone 5 days without having one! Hopefully tomorrow I do a little bit better. I'd like to add more cardio into this mix of stuff but I am leaving my house around 8 and coming home around 12. Doesn't leave much time/energy for anything else. I'll keep working.
