It's been a bad week for me with my eating and exercise. I had a migraine and was down for the count for a few days, and whenever I don't feel well I want to eat and have zero will power. Today I'm feeling better, still a lingering headache, but I know I'm on the mend. I'm going to try to stick to my plan today and get a workout in if I'm still feeling good this evening. I woke up this morning ready to feel better and do better. I can't change anything I ate already this week or the workouts I didn't do, I can only move forward and keep pushing through the challenges that life throws at me and not let the few bad days push me to quit. There are too many days in life to let the few bad ones make me feel like giving up.

Yes, we cannot let the bad day cause us to quit. Hope you feel better after the exercise - that always works for me. I went four times this week despite a head cold...it gave me enough energy to get to work.

I find that if you stock up on foods you love, that are low carb/keto, there is no such thing as cheating...the trick is to have them handy, when the hangry strikes....
