Having a great day so far. My day started out great with a new low on the scale. Relaxed a little before starting work today and just got back from taking a walk to get lunch. I like the days that I can work from home. I treated myself to a peanut butter cookie with my sandwich from Subway. :) I am looking forward to my workout tonight at the gym and hope everyone is having an awesome day!!
