Didn't do too terrible today. Tuesdays are normally are rough eating day for me as I work long shifts with my clients and don't have much time to eat. 9-9:30pm, with normally just enough time for panera bread. I know that the panini isn't the best choice of food but its my favorite! Maybe its time to switch it to a salad and try eating more fruit and veggies! I have been eating approx. 80% of my RDI which I think is great! It sets me up nicely for the challenge I am about to start next monday. What make me super nervous is the fact that my birthday is this weekend and I know I will be deff overdoing it. I need to work out tomorrow, tuesday always is rough, I come home exhausted and today I went to a 10pm movie- which means I'm losing out on sleep. I am going to do better, and I am going to keep working hard!
