I measured on Saturday morning & here is my stats:
Lost 1 cm - neck Lost 1 cm - arms Lost 3 cm - stomach Lost 1.5 cm - bum Lost 3 cm - thighs
Overall loss!
I also learned an interesting lesson this weekend. The previous 2 weekends, I had protein packed lunches - eggs & meat. Then this Sunday I only had left-overs from the previous evening, & about 2 hours after lunch I started "feeling peckish" & that peckish-ness lasted until I went to bed... Moral of the story, proteins & fats keep you fuller for longer & busts the nibbles!!!
