I've hit a rough patch in my relationship so I haven't really been keeping track. I'm sure I've lost because I haven't ate anything. But it's not a healthy weight loss so I'm not going to weigh myself just yet.

Jumping back on the bandwagon today because i've realized this is for me no one else. It's a life style change and life happens and I have to be able to control my eating habits even in the worse of times :(

Keep it up Millie! You're right, this is for you. It's so easy to sabotage yourself and everything you've worked for when you are emotionally strung out. You are worth it and what better way to boost yourself up than coming out the other side, what ever may happen, looking ever more fabulous!
