Had my knee injected yesterday, can it be that I feel 100% better today? I am guardedly optimistic about this, maybe I can get this healed better so I can work out more.

Staying the course, have been succsessful in restaurants asking for no sauce and asking for 2 servings veggies in place of rice or potatoes. Had dinner out last night, not only does it give you lots of food on your plate having double veggies but you feel full with so much fiber.
