I got on the bike last noght!!1 Yay me!!!! Rode for 30 minutes (lots of breaks for panting) and burned 286 calories. I plan to get on it again tomight and go another 30...

Also will set up the resistance machine and start doing resistance training on Thursday.

Is it bad that I can't touch my toes?? or my shins??? yep...I need to take yoga or pilates or something to get me more flexible...

Finally, I am STARVING right now... so I'm off to enjoy my 2nd meal..or as the Hobbits would say.... 'Second Breakfasts'
