Just arrived home, it was a really nice hike in nature, but we nearly melted, temperature was about +30 degrees Celsius! I nearly drank about 3 liters of water, that's aside from my morning tea and diet 7up which i'm holding now in my hands.. Hope you all had a great day, i took care during the BBQ i had only salad and chicken on the grill, but couldn't resist the ice cream:( but it was pretty gd, i was on the edge of resisting the temptation when my uncle came to me saying don't think twice abt it, have some it's not like ur gonna eat everyday. Aghhhh i know i should hav just listened to the voice in my head but.. how can he do this to me and then in other times say that i may need to work harder to lose my extra weight... it's good we walked alot, i hope i burned it alllll:) 

So glad you enjoyed your hike. We have some beautiful cliffs in a state park about an hour and a half south of our home. Your hiking inspires me to talk my adorable hubby into going on a nature trail walk with me! I seem to recall that you are about our son's age -- 25 -- 26? After college he lived at home with us for a little over a year. As much as we love each other - the living circumstance was tense because he had acquired that "fraternity boy" lifestyle in college! We are all glad that he is renting a nice little place of his own now. As for the ice cream - maybe that little bit of a nice treat will not hurt. Take care (one of) my favorite FS Friend (s)!
