So I've plateaued a bit here with the weight loss. I have a follow up appointment today with my cool herbal doctor lady and I'm going to see if she has any suggestions about meal planning. I looked into getting a personal trainer too and it costs 70 bucks an hour. Holy shit. They also have a package with meal planning too but that costs 250. So, I instead started the pilates routine I used to do form some workout DVD's. I don't have the DVD's anymore so am doing it from memory but I am sore today so I did something right. My husband even worked out with me last night too, so we are going to try and make it a nightly routine. The dogs had no idea what we were doing.
The best news I have is that I starting taking my measurements and got a little bummed cause they seemed higher than i was for my wedding a year ago. Well, I got out one of my party dresses from that weekend and if fit great! I am officially thinner than I have been in a year! So, that dress will help me see how well I am reaching my goals. I also have a pair of pants I really want to fit into eventually and When the dress is too loose I will use those.
