Totally binged out on Chinese food last night...not even going to bother logging...it will take too long to load everything :O Anyway...just keep moving forward. Up 2 down 5 right?

It's funny, but I notice that my highest calorie days are NOT on the obvious days (holiday feasts with family) but on those days that sneak up on you and then BOOM, over the mark. Keep going! You can do this! I read your bio and I'm in pretty much the same spot - 2 kids, desk job, plenty of bad eating/habits. But all we have to do is a few small, positive steps. BTW, I found some great workout pants at Old Navy for not much $$ if you decide to reward yourself early. (-:

nice, thanks for the tip. I know I that in order to be happy I am still going to allow myself to eat the things I like. The key for me is learning moderation. I know now that I am not going to get there overnight...It took 10 years to gain it. I am not going to lose it in a month. So if I go up and down that is fine just as long as over the long haul i am changing my habits and doing the right thing. It is more important to me to set a good example than for me to actually lose weight. So I am not going to let something like this stop me.
