Well- Still slacking on logging. I have been doing great with exercise and food. Except I starve at night and wanna snack...

I have a feeling this weekend will not be to good though- because Smokies game tonight will consist of lots of beer ( maybe not, I don't know how cute it would be to go on a second date and be DRUNK- but then by the time he asked me for my number at the softball tournament this past weekend I was a little tipsy) I don't think I wanna do that though. There is a 2nd date :) And he looked way better in casual dress clothes ;) Impressed!! I thought he was good looking in his ball uniform.

Saturday- going shopping with my momma! Then to Market Square with one of my girl freinds :) This will consist of lots of WINE! Yummy! Skipping out on the softball tournament for this weekend, my brother isn't playing and i don't want to seem to available! He did asked me to go though.

and then Sunday- Fathers Day- this will consist of eating something yummy out with the Fam! So, I will try to be pretty good but I am going to enjoy! Then hitting the LAKE for the day! EXCITED!!!

As far as workouts, I may sneak one in Saturday! Happy WEEKEND!!!

I weigh in first thing in the morning, after I hit the ladies room, and without clothes. Sounds like a fun weekend! Have at it!

I tend to weigh in first thing in the morning also. Just before I get in the shower. Hope you have a great weekend. Sounds like lots of fun!

I'm jealous of your weekend plans! Indulge a little - but don't over do it! And have fun! (I don't own a scale or I'd give you advice on the weigh-ins :p)

Hi Haley! I like to weigh on Fridays. First thing in the morning. This way I have all week long to redeem myself IF I should go astray over the weekend! ;-) I've tried all different strategies of when to weigh in, but the Friday weigh ins seem to work best for me. ;-)

How are you doing with logging, Haley? Looks like not everything is in your diet journal. I find tracking really helps. If you need incentive, choose a ratio from the www.freedieting.com /tools/nutrient_calculator.htm calculator and try to stick to that. For instance, low carb is 25% carbs, 35% fat and 40% protein. If you're trying to stick to a macronutrient ratio, you'll want to log more. My trainer wants me at my bodyweight(lbs) in grams of protein. Personally, my training regimen wants high carbs but low sugar. So I track for those.
