Lost 1.4 lbs today..... getting close to goal I'm going to fast today!
I think i'm going to play 18 holes tomorrow..
The doctor told me just to monitor my sleepwalking the best i can and told my wife to talk to me ask questions. I don't seem to do it everynight? She did tell me i was watching TV without it being on
Sounds like Paranormal Activity.....their baaccckkk....WOOOOOOOOO

I've heard of instances where people sleepwalk to the refridgerator and consume large amounts of food--at least your not doing that--talk about undoing ALL that hard work and not even realizing it !!! The watching non-T.V. seems harmless enough :) Wonder if you could "train" yourself to DO cardio while asleep??!! That would be AWESOME!

Nice job on the loss! Keep it up! As to your sleepwalking, as long as you're not hurting yourself or anyone else...then what the heck, it's all good :))
