I am afraid to get on the scale...the last time I did, I gained a lot and now I'm afraid I haven't lost any...everything has been good, but I don't want to get on :(

It's better to just get on, rather then sitting around full of worry and maybe snacking to ease your worry. Just get on!!! You'll feel better knowing either way.
