It's survival day for me. My main goal is to just get thro it. My eaying continues to be crappy, and my addiction to peanut butter is in full swing, have to curb that one again. I am however grateful for my ability to walk, it is one thing saving me right now.
Yesterday was rough to say the least, but I made it through. Down part in the evening was that I waited to late to have dinner, and once I had the first part down I wanted to keep eating. I know why that happened and I'm not too happy about it. I also had another crappy nights sleep too. That sure has not helped since it is the third one in a row now! :(
But like I said before it is survival day. And getting through it will be my small victory. Hope my buds have a good day, and they too celebrate a small or large victoy!

That's me - your bud. There are so many things far worse that peanut butter that could define your addiction. There are peanut butter addicts. Then there are drug addicts. Step at a time -- right? You have the power to define your day!

I will make the best of my day. Yes there are worse things then peanut butter, that seems to be a joke between me and my family. If i could have to IV's set up one would be caffeine and the other would be peanutbutter. Have a great day "W4 Bud"! thanks again for commenting.

Thought of you yesterday. Made a little "pretend" Reece's cup with Nutella & a teaspoon of peanut butter.

I've had ban sleep nights this week also. It will kick you in the gut while you are down. Sleep is so important. Hope whatever is getting at you is resolved soon. And don't worry about the never-ending late-night dinner. It happens. The good news...you will eat well the next day and the next day, etc.
