It's survival day for me. My main goal is to just get thro it. My eaying continues to be crappy, and my addiction to peanut butter is in full swing, have to curb that one again. I am however grateful for my ability to walk, it is one thing saving me right now. Yesterday was rough to say the least, but I made it through. Down part in the evening was that I waited to late to have dinner, and once I had the first part down I wanted to keep eating. I know why that happened and I'm not too happy about it. I also had another crappy nights sleep too. That sure has not helped since it is the third one in a row now! :( But like I said before it is survival day. And getting through it will be my small victory. Hope my buds have a good day, and they too celebrate a small or large victoy!
