I came in to work today and someone brought muffins and cookies. Arrrgghhh!!! So far so good though. I lost another .4 ounces of weight this morning - yes, I am torturing myself with daily weighings. :)

.4 ounces is still .4 ounces and the earlier version of the atkin's books say to weight yourself everyday so.... Great job of avoiding the muffins and cookies. :)

I hear ya, it seems like the world is against me when I am in Induction. We had an Ice Cream Social at work on day one, then on day two someone had chocolate-covered strawberries--but I made it! Congrats to you for resisting! I do daily weighing too, I know some advise against it but it's the only way I can stay motivated! Hope you are having a great day! :-D

Thank you! Congrats to you, too! Ice cream social - that would have been my worst nightmare right now! I was totally PMSing all day, but was blaming it on ketosis. haha! Anyway, feeling better now. Hope you had a great day!
