Really bad day yesterday :( my ex-father-in-law passed away last night. The family decided to remove him from life supports. We were all fortunate to be able to say our good-byes one last time. It was heart renching to say the least. Then I found out from the doctors that I the beginning stages of arthritis in my right hand! Not fun! O yesterday was chalked full of bad! Bad news, bad eating , bad night sleep! However the only good thing is I did a ton of walking! Now just have to keep telling myself that things will be okay! :( :( :(
