Went shopping today and walked by those little Debbie's with white frosting and cream in the middle and wanted it. I used to buy them often and once I got in the car I would eat two packs. I just loved those things. But I didn't buy them I bought a triple 0 orange yogurt and ate it once I got in the car. I was truly hungry as all I had for lunch was a tuna sandwich and it was 3:30. It was so good and made me feel energized instead of more tired like the cake would

When I am completely famished like that, and tempted to go through a drive-through fast food, I will find the nearest grocery store and go in and find a piece of fruit.
