Averaging 12,500 steps per day and over 10,000 steps in 28 of the last 29! Rocking the gym almost every day and feeling strong. I am improving my diet by being more conscious of 'tired eating' and 'mindless eating'. I'm going to be 170 lbs (again ) one ounce/pound at a time.
