Can anyone throw some nice healthy suggestions at me for tea ?? 😺

What are your numbers? In terms of cal protein and carbs?

Chicken strips (or pork or beef) stir-fried with broccoli, red pepper and chilli adding a little stock to make a sauce. Serve with rice or noodles or a wrap like fajitas (or if you're avoiding carbs, extra vegetables).

I don’t really have any numbers, like I’m not on here trying to lose or gain weight ... I just want to know what I’m putting in my body Looking at my fat secret I think I need more protein

I’m having baked sweet potatoes and Linda McCartney sausages (they have lots of protein) and some baked beans for my tea. It’s one of my faves.

Anytime :) Recipe ideas I can come up with, no problem. Not stuffing my face is the hard one :D

We are having homemade Bolognese sauce with courgetti and parmesan! I usually make for four then freeze half the sauce for days when I am busy.

How about salmon steak seasoned with sea salt and either grilled or dry fried with a little butter (1/2 teaspoon) and thyme. Mixed peppers and quinoa? Add peppercorn sauce to your salmon and serve.
