Morning exercise
Gardening: 30 min
Walking: 3.5 mph 30 min
Yoga: 20 min

Getting ready to do yoga and walking. I got out this morning and did the weeds and cutting back some of my neighbors bushed out of my yard.
I found my tape measure and plan to measure myself tomrrow morning to get a beter pictur of were I am at.
Sleeping was even wore last night. Yesterday I was at 27% deep sleep and last night it ws 22%.
I don't think my husband believes me when I tell him I am not sleeping and even when I show him the app results he says it's picking him up as well and it's not that bad.
I am sure it will pick some of him up but really?? Why are you arguing about my sleep? Anyway's, that is about it for today.
