Finally back into ketosis after getting kicked out yesterday. What it takes! So easy to fall out and takes a lot of effort for me to go back in. I feel like crap right now, but the stick is a lovely shade of purple and soon I'll feel great again. No more EAS shakes for me for a LONG while. Nuts either, but that's a whole different story. I'm drinking gallons of water, licking salt and tonight for dinner I will make a broth/coconut oil/butter sauce with my steak. Yummy.
I'd like to add - going into ketosis sucks. It is truly awful. It really does feel like one is coming down with a horrendous case of the flu, but fortunately it passes fairly quickly. Once you start to get past that and move into true fat burning mode - it feels pretty amazing!
