Feeling kind of bloated today - had some macadamia nuts yesterday for the first time ever. (OMG are they good or what?!) I bloated up almost immediately after I ate 1/2 an ounce. You'd think by now I'd be feeling back to 'normal.' Yikes! Last night I felt rather gross due to the bloat and I couldn't get over how I used to feel like that most evenings before I started on Atkins. I thought I'd lost the bloat because I gave up grains (wheat), but apparently nuts may be a problem for me also. Anyway, I feel so grateful that I no longer feel that way most of the time now and when I do - it's easier to identify the culprit!

They are good (so good) but if they make you bloat not worth it. It could just be the macadamia nuts or all nuts. Wait a few days and try a different type of nut, maybe walnuts or almonds. Then you'll at least know if it's the one type or all of them. Good luck!

No, not worth it at all, but I will try another type of nut when I'm feeling better.

i hear u.i used to not stop eatting to i got that over stuffed feeling.maybe its not all nuts.
