Well the weight is not moving, but I am staying committed. I have not cheated at all. I baked cakes and decorated them on Friday, and I didn't even lick the icing off my fingers. Yesterday I made mashed potatoes to go with the roast beef and never touched them.. I have been in large ketosis for weeks now. What could be the hold up???
