I am not sure about any of you but I have been in the winter blahs for weeks now. We had a few really nice days and that just gave me a taste of what the weather could be and made the blahs worse. Right now I go from wanting to eat everything in sight to eating nothing at all. Due to health issues I am unable to walk when there is any snow or ice on the sidewalks, which we have around here right now so I feel caged in I guess. Now my kids are on March break/Spring break and they are home all the time which makes it hard to work out. I told my husband I need to get out today. I don't care if it is just for a short drive, maybe that will help. If anyone else has any tips I would love to hear them.
