I forced myself into the gym yesterday. I was sooo tired! I think I didn't eat enough before I went, I was only at about 600 cals for the day, and I had absolutely no energy! I had to push myself to get through 30 minutes of cardio, but then I did an hour of strength training.

I'm glad I went though! That way I got to watch The Biggest Loser without feeling guilty! I was a little upset they got rid of the Pink Team though! I would have gotten rid of Orange for sabatoging the weigh in, and because they are a HUGE threat! oh well...

Good going to the gym! I like the Orange team, I thought they and blue and purple were supposed to bring the weigh in down, obviously orange did it the best though. But it didn't matter since Black couldn't get kicked off anyway. Oh well.
