Get back up, dust yourself off and keep going !!! Your Okay.... my late night snacking habit has been the worst for years. What I've found recently is by making necessary meal adjustments throughout the day when or if possible will save you enough calories for the later part of the day. It allows you to eat a healthy snack (Nuts,Fruits 'berries/banana/, Vegetables, Greek yogurt with a few berries, or Boiled Egg as examples -----> But not all together just pick 1 or 2 small ones) even if its late to squash cravings while providing needed nutritional value without sabotaging your efforts !!!!! As long as it is a healthy food such as dixie cup size of spinach, berries, nuts, etc....it will not hurt you despite what others may think. It has helped me to prevent my self from eating like a savage beast !!!! Good luck and hope this helps.

Plan your snacks so it won’t take you to far off your goal. Also one meal is not going to end your progress just regain your focus. You got this!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. My biggest problem at night is laziness. I find it too easy to grab a couple of pieces of candy and put my fist in a can of peanuts. @ ClassicRocker, most of the time it's peanuts or some other nuts, chocolate candy and snack crackers. I ate a total of 2190 calories or 390 calories over goal. That's all it takes for me to show a gain. As usual, I have some work to do...
