That's my second workout this week. Better late than never I guess? My diet is getting better, but I didn't review my meals before grocery shopping last week, so same old same old...

It's going to be a busy weekend this week, my daughters have a swim meet all weekend long and I also want to get the new flower boxes built...so wifey is taking the girls to swimming tomorrow, and I will build boxes. Sunday will be my day at swimming, about 12hrs worth...not really looking forward to it. It's raining and crappy here right now, so I'm not sure how the building will go...but they swim rain or shine in an outdoor pool...the event is called the Freeze or Fry, because the weather can be full on summer heat, or late spring weather...and not the nice kind, rain/hail/wind...

I'm sure my weekend will be over before I know it...I hope everyone else gets to enjoy their weekend...
