I began my journey on 05/29/2012 at 269lb, now I'm 261.00 and I feel very good about that. I've been walking every night, taking stairs and eating light. I like the fact that I'm feeling stronger.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
