Evening exercise Insanity: 35 min
My husband and I have done insanity the last two night ( shocked! ) but happy he is doing it with me. I put it in my jouranl to do tonight b/c we are supposed to be doing it every day or at least every week day until vacation and than again after vacation to get ready for the 5k in August. For the record Insanity SUCKS!! Have a great day everyone.
