Morning exercise
Pump: flow ( yoga ) 20 min
Treadmill: 20 min 3.5 mph

Evening exercise
Insanity: 35 min

My husband and I have done insanity the last two night ( shocked! ) but happy he is doing it with me. I put it in my jouranl to do tonight b/c we are supposed to be doing it every day or at least every week day until vacation and than again after vacation to get ready for the 5k in August.
For the record Insanity SUCKS!!

Oh I want to know more about insanity?? I want to do it so bad! Let me know. I know you say it sucks...but I bet it sucks because it works!! LOL

i need to do something intense like that. just don't have much floor space...or $120 for the videos!

Actually someone on fs sent me a copy of it over a year ago. It sucks b/c it is really hard. I hate cardio and that is all it is basically. I have only managed to get a week and a half in the three times I have started it. Hoping to get farther and better. I just have to remember to go at my pace.
