I am on the wagon but hanging on for dear life....I have gotten a little off track this week but I am hanging on. Still exercising but the nighttime munchies have been killing me this week. I don't know what my problem is. Tonight I am having a bad dinner too. Fried seafood is the plan. I am really going to have to work to stay under my RDI with that on the menu. Onward....and tee hee ....downward.

One bad week won't hurt you too much, just make next week a good week. I know I've been there and seeing the proof of just how bad that week was on the scale is a good motivator to get back to my plan. Good luck!!
