When I have a good "food" day....I feel great about myself. I need to remember that before I start reaching for more food!
...my biggest thing is calories...I can put it away like nobody's business..portion control..portion control...I enjoy tracking my food..it lets me know where the "bar" is...because believe me, I'd rather limbo!
