ummmm last night was not so good....I totally gave into the binge monster...I don't know what happened. Its been rainy...I've been really tired...it would be that t.o.m. but my bc prevents me from having it so maybe it's hormonal but I totally ate crap I didn't even want. Now this morning I feel like crap. I am not going to dwell, but I seriously feel nauseous this morning. EEEEW.

Onward and upward. I work late again today so no work out. I think I will try to get in a good 30 min. walk at lunch though. I am sure that will make me feel a lot better :)

Going to find some inspirational work outs today to do over the next 3 or 4 days. I really like finding a good circuit training routine I can do at home. I have one, but I want to change it up a bit.

I've had those days too, but not dwelling is the best way to get through it. I hope you find some workouts you like, sometimes that is a good motivator. When I find a workout I'm excited about I have an easier time making myself do it. Good luck!!
