I'm pretty compettitive, so, I try to stay on the eliptical or the treadmill longer than the person next to me. So, after I had been on for 10 minutes or so, this guy gets on next to me. I'm thinking, "I can last longer than he can", and he must have been thinking the same thing...I kept adding time to my workout, and so did he. I would go faster, so would he. I would try to make sure to stay a couple hundred calories ahead of him, and he kept adding resistance, so of course I had to do the same! I only planned on doing 45 minutes of cardio, and I ended up doing an hour and 15 minutes! I won in the end though!

Wtg! You gotta take your motivation where you can get it! That's great that you pushed yourself to do more. The buzz you feel after a successful workout is intoxicating. Let's all get addicted!
