been a while since I captured my training. Been on two weeks leave but still kept relatively active. weekly have kept to same training just increased weights and more protein. mon to Fri : Row and cycle Tue Thursdays and Sundays: weights Sat: 30 min Row & cycle. Not too worried about gaining on the scale while I add on protein (bulk up) but hoping for body fat reduction .
