Steamed vegetables using one of those microwave steam bags. Added 3 oz of leftover steak and spices. Green pea salad has half egg 1, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, onion and dill pickle relish. Only 473 calories with plenty of protein, fiber, and nutrients.
