Was warm...in Mexico at an all inclusive for 2 weeks. Great food, bad for the weight. It's really a shame to cover up my tan today, but I had no choice. Back to -10 C., parkas and boots. Curling tonight, but no Olympic ambitions. I've had a break from this website and all my best intentions, and unfortunately my weight has crept up. Fasted yesterday after my vacation in order to begin the "reset" with my eating. I'm going to try low carbs again. My weight always creeps up and it's time to get serious again. Good to be back.
