I finally figured out how to view my own Color bar for weight loss. I am finally beyond red and into orange. It looks like I’m about 10lbs from yellow. Yippeee!!!i have read a book called the Wahls protocol. There are 3 different diets in there beginning with a paleo up to the third level which appears to be a modified Keto diet. Check out the drs video “minding my mitochondria”, it’s a test talk. Definitely worth the time to watch and read. I am tired of being tired and I think this is the diet I need to get on.
