I love bread!!! That was the hardest part for me when I started Keto, I wanted bread all the time.

This is sourdough bread. It only has salt water and flour. I use a starter made of only flour and water. Not store bought yeast. Their is a lot of research that says is not as bad to raise the blood sugar. I no people how say it is true. The fermentation is a 12 hour time so it consumes the starches. I help me not to be constipated when I diet.
