I need to get back on the wagon. Things have been SO hectic! overtime at work and getting ready to move (on top of having little money at the time). I'm so extremely exhausted. But that doesn't mean i should start being lazy with my eating. The exercise i can delay for a little bit since i'm so busy, but i need to get my booty in gear and start tracking my food.
