Wow I'm actually very pleasantly surprised. I made the goal of losing 5-10 pounds a month for a year to reach my goal. Started on Tuesday May 29th at 269lbs. I've been taking five flights of stairs at work. Walking 30 min at lunch time and walking 45-50 minutes when I get home in the evening. Today three days later I weigh 263!! Feeling great!!!
119.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
