Oh it's a good day. The weight is finally moving. I was about to give up but after reading some posts I decided that I was going to keep going. Besides I feel fabulous since I quit eating sugar and bread and all things white. My mind is clear, I don't have cravings, and I am so much better in control of what goes in my mouth. So today I am loving my life!!!!
