Numbers look better for my cholesterols, but my blood sugar is staying up. Might be because I stupidly took my fish oil. Next check is in 2 months, hopefully I will remember to not take it. Have officially lost 24 lbs since starting with the lipid clinic.
Slow and steady, no cheating. My mantra is if I don't know what is in the food and can easily count the calorie load then I don't eat it.
