I decided I was going to do more cardio this weekend until I just couldn't do anymore. Yesterday instead of my usual burn 500 calories and then burn 500 more I did a third session. Then I ended up drinking 825 calories of beer. Somehow I lost 1.8 lbs. So of course I'm going to do another killer cardio day and watch the Daytona 500.
