Working hard to keep this up. It all started with the flu 6 weeks ago, leaving me with this horrid sense of smell, most food tasted rank to be honest so I ate very little. 6 weeks in and I still haven't got my sense of smell or taste back but it has reduced in severity. Meaning habits have changed dramatically and seeing my belly disappearing before my own eyes keeps motivating me. I never thought I would be the sort of person to count calories, but keep this up and I should have a beach body (lol) for my hols in April.
