keeping at 1000 calories a day is great carolyn keep it up. Im going to do the atkins until ive lost 20lbs and then maybe start weight watchers with you and try that for another 15 or 20lbs or so and then atkins again fo another 15lbs lol. I m going to mix it up along with playing basketball every day if i can and weightlifting and Walking alot (passing out flyers in different communities promoting my business) So i like this plan im on and very excited. Lets motivate each other every day and remember why we are doing this. We need to be some sexy bitches lmao....
