I agree with Jazzyowl. I have done diets were I eat very little calories (500) and then diets with about 1500 calories. And although it sounds completely strange you don't loose as much as if you were on over 1000 calories. When you eat less than 1000 in particular, your body's metabolism slows way down and thats why your not loosing as much. Try adding your calories to say between 1200 and 1500 calories, along with exercise I guarantee you'll lose more. A admire your discipline.
