My first goal was to be at 135 by yesteday and I reached my goal! I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it and getting to my goal. I have my next goal set for my birthday in September, so I'm hoping I can reach that sooner, but we'll see. Reaching that first goal really makes me want to stick with what I'm doing and keep going. This site has helped me so much and I know that I couldn't do this on my own. I did splurge and had Baskin Robbins with the kids yesterday to celebrate the end of the school year (and went over my RDI), so I'll just have try to stay close to my calorie goal the rest of the week and do my workouts. Today I'm going to go shop a little on my lunch break. I may wait to buy anything until this weekend, but I'm going to get myself a new pair of sandals and at least a new top, maybe some new jeans too, to celebrate my goal. I had two physicals this week, one for my health insurance and one for life insurance. The one for health insurance they weigh you and she said "We take 3 lbs off for clothes," I told her they could take as many pounds off that they wanted. Unfortunately on the life insurance one they don't do that, but I was a pound less with clothes by her scale anyway, so it's okay. All of my numbers were good so that's all I can really ask for. No excitement for this weekend, just gardening and maybe some shopping. Hope everyone has a great Memorial weekend!!
